What were the experiences and perceptions?


At the end of the 15th century, Jews and Muslims were forced more than ever before to live in separate districts, to pay special taxes and to wear special emblems. It was only the beginning of a string of decisions and political decrees which had a dramatic impact on these people and their daily lives and which ended with their expulsion from their native land.
